We are launching a new ecommerce offer and think it is critical to have a close relationship with visitors and customers to make sure we understand their needs. The team works in an agile environment, identifying and tackling main hurdles to growth one after the other.


About the position

The Customer Success Agent is part of the ecommerce team and critical to make sure we identify the main hurdle to growth. They work very closely with the head of growth and the designer/customer experience manager to understand customer's needs.

We proactively encourage customers and visitors to contact us, whether via phone or chat.


Tasks include:

  • Answer the chat, emails and the phone number to increase sales and to report main hurdles to sales
  • Call customers after they've signed up and get their feedback and understand main hurdles to getting ongoing orders
  • Understanding of customer's pain points and communication with the team during daily huddles
  • Understanding and working with the right tools to improve efficiency and track progress


    Experience required:

    • Great communication skills, whether in writing or over the phone
    • Strong interest for identification of a customer's pain point
    • Start-up mentality. Do what it takes to get things done and ability to work in an agile environment
    • A nutritionist background is a huge plus
