This low-carb twist on tabbouleh salad is full of flavour! We've swapped out the classic bulgur wheat for nourishing hemp seeds and finely chopped cauliflower. That way, you get the tabbouleh flavour – without the carbs!
Our tabbouleh is made with tomato, cucumber, parsley, onion and shallots, dressed with olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice and pepper. This is tossed with the cauliflower and hemp seeds to make a fresh and tasty salad. Enjoy as is or add your favourite protein!
