This peri peri chicken is the perfect lunch or dinner for any time - and is not as spicy as it might sound. Teamed with a side of baby carrots, beans and peas, this dish is a low carb choice, but does not compromise on flavour.
Created with a bunch of functional herbs and spices including smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic, lemon juice and chilli, this meal packs a punch of anti-inflammatory properties, as well as incredible flavour.
Serving suggestion : Add a dollop of coconut yoghurt or plain yoghurt to completed the dish. We also love adding a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
